Stephanie Uy serves as the Director of Government Affairs and Licensing for Amuse, an e-commerce cannabis delivery company based in Los Angeles. Stephanie was previously the Southern California Regional Policy Manager for Flow Kana.

Prior to working in cannabis, Stephanie came from state and local politics. Her political resume includes working for the offices of then-Supervisor Mark Ridley-Thomas, Councilmember Paul Krekorian, then-Assemblymember Jimmy Gomez, Councilmember Mitchell Englander and Councilmember Greig Smith. As a daughter of immigrants, Stephanie brought an inclusive perspective and worked to ensure all communities had access to government resources and programs. During her five year tenure at Los Angeles City Hall as a Policy Advisor, she focused on issues of renewable energy, environmental justice, and public works.

As a political activist and social justice advocate, Stephanie has served on the Executive Board of the Los Angeles County Young Democrats for eight years, most recently as the Vice President of Outreach. In that role, Stephanie strengthened relationships and built coalitions
between other democratic organizations and community groups to organize for progressive democratic ideals that matter most to young people in Los Angeles County.

A proud graduate of UCLA, Stephanie earned a B.A. in Asian American Studies and minor in Urban and Regional Planning.
